Nordstrom Designer Pieces

I have always been a firm believer in investing in a few special items that fit into my wardrobe! These designer pieces have to be things that I love and that will last! It’s always been a fun challenge with my clients and myself to decide what that splurge or investment purchase will be! Over the years I can say that the items I have have never regretted spending money on are shoes, handbags, and a few fresh accessories! 

Nordstrom is my go for designer purchases. They by far have the best shoe selection of anywhere, and I love knowing that I have more time to make my final decision. They still have the best customer service in the retail industry and it’s so helpful for myself and my clients to not feel rushed into purchase! 

Loafers

These Gucci loafers are a “go to” for work and the days when I know I am going to be on my feet for longer than normal. Because I wear jeans quite a bit during the week, this structured look makes any outfit instantly more stylish! I also find comfort in knowing that when I invest in a great classic shoe it is going to be around for quite a while. I never want to spend more money on trendy items that will become dated or go out of style quickly. I want something that is going to keep my wardrobe current for seasons to come!

Heels

Now my first love will always be heels! I am good about watching brands come and go, and shoes transition into all shapes and sizes. However; I love nothing more than a neutral, gorgeous heel. This Christian Dior show stopper shoe is so feminine and chic. When all you have to do is put on a pant and a white top because the shoe is that good- I am done.   

Belts

Let’s talk belts now! Belts have made a huge resurgence into the closets of just about every woman over the past two years. They are flattering and add the perfect accessory pop without distracting from the outfit. I love adding a belt to just about any look I have because it creates a slimming waistline! When you start to view belts as your next best accessory and not the look you wore in elementary school - amazing things happen! Do not be afraid of the belt trend. I invested in one a few years back and I wore it so much I felt 100% confident about adding a new one into the mix!  Belt your blazer and call it a day!

Sunglasses

I never leave the house without my sunglasses. I hate nothing more than squinting in the car while I’m commuting to work. I usually treat myself to a nice pair of shades every few years. Investing in my sunglasses helps me personally take better care of them. I had a hard time narrowing down my choices because Nordstrom had so many great ones to choose from! Again this is where I want a pair that will last me a long time. I don’t want to go too trendy that I am tired of them after just a few months. And really ladies, who doesn’t look amazing in a classic pair of sunnies?! I want to channel my inner Aubrey Hepburn from Breakfast at Tiffanys! 

Buying designer pieces can be intimidating because we all want to make smart decisions. I love using Nordstrom for my designer purchases, I always find current styles that will last for years. Shopping high low has made my closet complete. I invest in a few things that I am crazy about and fill it with mid price point items that I can mix and match!
