We are all officially tired of our clothes and really for that next season! Its about that time you start to look in your closet and nothing makes you excited or motivated to get out of your yoga pants! I love my yoga pants as much as the next gal, but I always want to know what makes sense to invest in and what items I have should have on hand. And as always - I’ve hit my go to Nordstrom to freshen up my wardrobe for this Spring! Time and time again I have turned to Nordstrom when I need a wardrobe update. I know I can always rely on them for quality and current pieces, whether I’m shopping high or low price points.

I have yet to be frustrated with a higher price point item in my wardrobe that is a solid color. I have loved my pleated pink shorts this spring, and the clean look of a linen blend light weight sweater and tall boot on days when it can still be a little chilly. Clothes should be current and comfortable, otherwise they just sit in the closet collecting dust! So, now is the time to splurge on those sneakers you keep eyeing.

Because casual is still king, but we want to feel more put together than we have been the past several months, sweatshirts with detail that can be dressed up have been the perfect addition. Soft puffed sleeves and neutral colors make it super easy to throw on this look, with a scuba pant that happens to not be workout leggings! These stretchy pants have lasted me for over three years with out fading or stretching out! Winner!! I also love to travel in them! These Valentino Sandals really complete this casual look while still keeping it casual. It’s amazing how a fun sandal and the right accessories can really elevate a sweatshirt!

This also happens to be the perfect little black dress to add into your wardrobe! Whether you slip on comfy sneakers and head to the office or a lunch date, or switch to heels for a date night… you need it!

Fresh sneakers and sandals that don’t hurt my feet and make any outfit look complete are right up my alley! I love shoes that last and can be worn lots of different ways.
