Updating the wardrobe for the current season is vital! Not everyone has an unlimited budget! SO many of us can feel overwhelmed by the daily instagram and blog posts telling us all the things we need! So how should you choose what to buy?

Three important trends have stood out to me! These looks are easy to pull off and don’t require that you max out your credit card in the process!

Tops with sleeve detail-

I can’t get enough of the fun sleeves this season! I love tops that have personality and can be worn dressy or casual! One of the rules I try and stick with when I’m being budget friendly is to invest in solid colors and not prints. I find that personally I don’t get tired of solids near as quickly and that I prefer pictures of myself 100 times over as well!

Fun Earrings-

Accessories can make or break any outfit! I prefer to have one piece that stands out so that I have balance with my outfit. Too many things can be distracting and end up over done looking! The earrings this season have been full of personality! Pick a fav!

Neutral Shoes-

The colors this spring that I am loving are all the blush, olive, navy, and whites! This is where a great neutral shoe comes into play because it will work back with just about anything! So many great choices from wedges to loafers and sandals!

Remember that budgets are never bad! Purchasing random pieces for your closet because they are on sale is in fact NOT the best way to build the wardrobe! Take your time and only purchase things you love. Be smart and know that having less in the closet that you actually wear is better than spending less on pieces you never know what to do with!
