It is December and so we are all officially ok with it being chilly! I don’t know about you but I want my Christmas holidays to have colder weather that I can layer up in! It feels like all my cozy sweaters and boots have been staring at me when I walk into my closet! While we may not be going as many places this season, it is still fun to have fresh ideas and looks ready for any plans that may pop up! And with more things taking place outdoor than normal, it is the perfect time to update the wardrobe with a soft teddy coat or a classic trench from Nordstrom!

Burberry has been dominating the outwear world for years, and there is a reason why! I have been eyeing Burberry trench coats since high school and 20 years later I have mine. I am drawn to the rich neutral shades that look amazing back with creams and grey tones!

When I invest in a piece of clothing in my closet I truly want it to last for as long as it can! Nordstrom makes my shopping decisions so much easier when I can shop for a designer piece and mix it back with other price points.

Sweater dresses are a winter staple for me because they are incredibly comfortable, and they look great with boots! My very favorite boots that I have purchased have been this season! Nordstrom offers such a great selection of heel heights and colors.

You still have plenty of time to grab a new coat and a beanie to go with it- one of my go to tricks is to look at the kids beanies as well! They can be half the price and fit my small head! Hats are the perfect addition to finish your winter look, they add warmth and one more day for you to skip the hair wash!
