Velvet and Tassels for Holidays

Yes, this is a dress and yes I am in fact wearing faux leather leggings under it! Why you ask? Well, for starters dresses can be really short these days, and my legs, wow are they white! I wanted to change things up a bit and try a new casual velvet and tassels for holidays look that was fun and easy to wear! 

This velvet dress feels like a blanket on, and who doesn't love to be comfy at a party or night out? The holidays can bring some stress with catching up on gift shopping and all the extra events that pop up! Trying to decide what to wear can add to that anxiety! Here is an idea to give you a head start into the party season! Tackle a few winter trends with velvet dress and tassel earring! The leggings will go back with any tunic sweater in your closet as well. I choose to wear booties because they give me height, which you will need with this look in order to not look frumpy!
