Boundless Collection
When it comes to fashion and styling, being on trend doesn’t have to stop at the doorstep of the professional workplace. Yet, sometimes you are forced to save your personal style only for the weekends, being bound by your organization’s uniforms or dress code. Feeling restricted or bound by anything is never good, but Boundless Collection has the perfect solution.
Boundless Collection, founded by my talented friend, Amber George, is THE resource for logo’d apparel, merchandise, and general company swag. Boundless turns ordinary corporate gear into extraordinary promotional products that convey the company’s brand image… or as they define it, Brand Love! When you find the right product for the right people, confidence rises in the workplace and connections are made. With the variety of current, up-to-date styles, fabrics, colors, and design techniques. Boundless Collection offers corporate apparel options that employees and clients will feel excited to wear. It is important to allow people options to represent their company or brand while also expressing their personal style with trends from their own closet.
Before I dive into tips on how to style corporate apparel, I must take a moment to brag on the company founder, Amber! Amber and I have known each other for 8 years as she has been a loyal client and friend of mine. As fellow professional business women, we have been eager to collaborate on a project and we are so excited that this one came together. We both love supporting other women in business. Not only is she succeeding at accomplishing her goals, she has created a business that fuels joy and confidence in the lives of other businesses. Amber is powered by a team of creative women that LOVE what they do! The Boundless Collection team is an inspiring example of the “brand love” business magic that can come from women supporting each other in the workplace. That passion translates to best-in-class service. Over the years, I have enjoyed watching Amber’s team and business continue to grow.
When selecting uniforms or gift items for employees or business clients, Amber and her team of consultants help you with the design, including incorporating your logo on current trend products. There is so much value in having this expert team of consultants to guide your product selection. They know how to create a look that distinguishes your brand. This sense of “brand love” helps make real connections that drive loyalty and turn customers into ambassadors.
So what can Boundless Collection do exactly? First of all, they can work with ANY budget, granting you quality products at affordable prices. They can accommodate all body types, with sizes ranging from XS to 4XL. They offer many styles including athleisure, corporate classics, tees and basics, bags, and more. They can decorate these products with your company’s logo or design using unique decorating techniques. Talk about custom-made! Boundless will work to make sure your vision comes to life.
I had the pleasure of trying on many of the fun pieces Boundless Collection has to offer! As a stylist, my goal is to give you advice on how to style these corporate pieces with other staple items you already own in your personal wardrobe. In the recent years, employee dress code in many companies has shifted from the uptight slacks and oversized blazers look to more of a relaxed lifestyle look. This trend perfectly paves the way for Boundless Collection since they offer styles that emulate the work/life balance. For example, take a look at what Amber and I are wearing in this picture below. A branded vest over a branded graphic tee is a great way to provide employees with options that fit their lifestyle. I am wearing a lightweight cardigan that pairs perfectly with a tee and jeans or can be dressed up with a dress and heels. It’s the perfect weight to keep the chill off in the office and easy to travel with! Both items are great layering pieces for varying indoor-outdoor temperatures and transitions well from the office to the kids’ after school activities. In terms of basic tees, Boundless offers more current, comfortable styles compared to the typical stiff and boxy branded t-shirts. Choose from scoop to V-neck, from Henley to raglan – they have the perfect tee for your branding needs. Besides, t-shirts are an inexpensive and easy way to build culture and camaraderie at your place of business. Layer tees under your cardigans, blazers, and vests, or even wear them alone, front tucked into your jeans for a more slimming silhouette.
Now you may be used to styling vests and cardigans, but how do we take on the corporate classics and make them trendy? A woven white button down is an office staple and creates a polished look for a client meeting or event. Just add a statement belt and patterned headband for a fun flare! Belts are a great way to change the look of an outfit. Amber is sporting her designer belts a couple different ways, one by wrapping it around a blazer, and two by wearing it around her vest she styled over a company issued blouse. This is one of my personal favorite ways to wear a belt because it’s fresh and current. Just pair with your favorite denim, skirt, or work pants. Boundless offers a variety of colors in these blouses, button downs, and blazers as well, which give that executive-level look that is flattering on all body types. By providing these quintessential corporate staples, your company will be dressed to impress in every professional situation, while feeling in style and self-assured at the same time.
Talk about staying on trend, Boundless even sells denim jackets. Add your logo as a patch embellishment to embrace a modern trend that is actually a throwback to the 80’s! Throw your denim jacket over a casual dress and pair it with a printed flat or block heel shoe. Amber is wearing hers over a tunic, which is one of The Boundless Collection’s top sellers. It has a beautiful and comfortable drape and fit, accommodating to all shapes and sizes. This look easily transitions from office to happy hour.
Don’t worry, I’m not leaving out the men! Boundless Collection has a wide variety of styles for men as well, including athleisure brands such as The NorthFace, Nike, and Ogio – brands anyone would be excited to receive and actually wear! Justin and Case are both wearing athleisure brand shirts that allow them to stay comfortable throughout the work day while looking sharp. Justin layered his shirt under a vest, which is a Boundless top seller for men. Vests are great to throw on over nice dress shirts as well, accommodating a professional style while keeping your core warm in the colder seasons.
Yes, men love vests, but they also love hats! I know that Case is not lacking in the hat department, for they are a closet essential for him. As are beanies! Hats and beanies are a practical and inexpensive way to promote your brand and act as great gifts to clients and customers.
You can also step up your 9-to-5 game with business casual classics like the white button down and bomber jacket Case is sporting. Effortlessly cool and timeless, the bomber jacket is a key piece for the athleisure work to play lifestyle. Style this look with jeans and a nice pair of oxfords or dress it down with sneakers.
